School accounts: name, school or education setting name, email, contact phone, login details, and consent records.

Supplier accounts: business name, contact details, role, website and social links, business description, services, logo, membership and payment status, and directory listing information.

Enquiries and reviews: messages schools send to suppliers, service interests, star ratings, and review comments.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookie policy).

3. How we use your information

• To pass school enquiries to relevant suppliers

5. Third-party business inquiries — data transfer

When a school sends an enquiry through the directory, we transfer that school’s contact details and message to the relevant supplier so they can respond. Once received, the supplier becomes an independent data controller for that information.

Suppliers must use enquiry data only to respond to that specific request, must not add the contact to marketing lists without separate explicit consent, must store data securely, and must honour deletion requests.

real5 for Education is not responsible for a supplier’s subsequent use of enquiry data.

6. Sharing your information

We may share data with service providers (hosting, email, payment processors), approved suppliers (for enquiries directed to them), and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and moderation purposes.
